A Commitment to the Next Generation
As part of InPlace’s commitment to the National Forum and the next generation of nurses, InPlace now offers clients free placement services for High School Shadow Programs. Through this initiative, InPlace clients can coordinate high school shadow students in InPlace. Utilizing InPlace’s data tools will also allow them to foster long-term relationships with shadow students and support their career progression from student to future healthcare professional. The first “class” of shadow students will begin in the Spring of 2025.
