ACT Schools (Australian Capital Territory, Australia)
The Australian Capital Territory’s Department of Education is introducing an initiative to deliver Work Experience placements across the 18 secondary schools in the territory. This will enable better student learning, and increase both student engagement and retention.
The basic requirement for placement management is similar to higher education, however there are notable differences in the workflow. InPlace’s extensive customisation and flexibility ensure that the same powerful workflows can be optimised. As such, InPlace was selected from an open tender process.
The Work Experience placements will be undertaken across years 9-12 and managed via different workflows and programs across the 18 schools. InPlace provides top-down visibility to the ACT Department of Education to provide visibility and collaboration, productivity and analysis.
