Monash University is one of the top universities in Australia, ranking highly both overall and in multiple individual academic disciplines. The InPlace deployment begun with the School of Education and has been rolled out university wide.
Kings College London (KCL) is a QS ranked top 20 universities in the World. InPlace was initially deployed into several Health schools including the prestigious Florence Nightingale School of Nursing and Midwifery and seeing the benefits expanded to university wide.

Nottingham Trent University (UK) has a strong employability focus for its students and maintains one of the UK’s best university employability records. InPlace is deployed university wide in an advanced placement program.
Western University in London, Ontario is ranked among the top 1 percent of universities in the world, recognized for leadership in education, research, and healthcare. Western University selected InPlace in 2022 with deployment to schools in Health Science and Education.
The Leeds Beckett deployment was initially to the very large Health School, involving almost 18,000 students and 2000 agencies. The project scope was subsequently expanded to a university wide deployment.
ACU Faculty of Health includes Australia’s largest Nursing school amongst its five disciplines with campuses in major Eastern seaboard cities. InPlace is deployed through all schools within the Faculty of Health and School of Education managing in excess of 20,000 placements per annum.
TAFE SA is the largest provider of vocational education and training (VET) in South Australia. InPlace is deployed to Health based courses and programs.

A very highly regarded university in Northern Ireland, boasting a top 10 rating in popularity by student applications and post degree student employability. InPlace is deployed through several well awarded schools within the Health faculty.
The University of Massachusetts Boston is nationally recognized as a model of excellence for urban public universities. InPlace is deployed into the School of Nursing across all programs.
La Trobe University in Victoria helped start the InPlace journey being our first client. InPlace is used enterprise wide across metropolitan and regional campuses.
InPlace is deployed through several Faculties including Health where post deployment UoC have restructured the placement team to be a centrally organised unit, reducing size and removing the workload from academics.
RMIT is the largest tertiary education provider in Australia, and is a big advocate of work integrated learning. InPlace has been rolled out university wide across 26 schools.
Coventry is a highly-rated University in Midlands England. Coventry University is ranked joint-top Modern University for career prospects, by the Guardian University Guide (2021). InPlace is deployed in several schools.

Hibernia College is a blended-learning higher education college in Ireland. The Hibernia College School of Education encompasses and guides the initial teacher training programme and professional teaching course offerings of the College.
Deakin University is a much awarded Australian University, including winner of “Outstanding Technology in Education”. InPlace is deployed university wide, using several models to handle over 30,000 placements per year.
The University of New England (UNE) is a public university in Australia with approximately 21,000 higher education students and located in northern central New South Wales. UNE achieved a five-star (maximum) rating for Overall Satisfaction in the 2016 Good Universities Guide and has a strong emphasis on integrated learning, InPlace was selected in late 2014 and has been deployed through all schools.
The prestigious Robert Gordon University is based out of Aberdeen, Scotland and rated by HESA as the UK’s top university for student employability. As work integrated learning placements drive student employability, InPlace is proud to be the chosen management platform.
University of Winchester are implementing InPlace in Health, Education and Careers Work Integrated Learning courses, to rationalise Placement Management solutions Institution-wide

The AFMC Student Portal is an online, bilingual service that facilitates applications and placements of medical students for undergraduate visiting electives at the 17 faculties of medicine in Canada, and is managed by InPlace Network.
