How To Use
Follow the steps to create your InPlace email signature:
1. Scroll down and find the “INFORMATION FORM” section.
2. In the fields, add your information in the appropriate places.
- Name (First & Last)
- Title
- Phone number (include country code if applicable)
- HubSpot Meeting Link (if applicable)
- 2026 APAC Banner (if applicable) — tick the checkbox to add the conference banner to your signature, then choose one of the two banner designs.
3. Click “Apply” button to add your information in various email formats.
1. Scroll down and find the “UPDATED EMAIL SIGNATURES” section.
2. Select a country-specific signature type from the left-hand menu.
3. Click the “Copy to Clipboard” button next to your desired email signature to copy to your clipboard.
1. Open your Gmail account.
2. In the top righthand corner, click on the gear icon to open the settings.
3. At the top of “Quick settings”, click “See all settings”.
4. Scroll down to the section labeled “Signature”.
5. Click the button labeled “Create new”. Name your signature.
6. In the box on the right, paste the email signature copied to your clipboard (Ctrl/Command + V).
7. Go to “Signature defaults”, and click the drop down menu under “For new email use” and select the name of your new signature.
8. For “On reply/forward use” follow the same instructions using the InPlace Reply email signature.
9. Scroll to the bottom of the setting page and click “Save Changes”.
